Judging for finalists and prize winners will be based on the accumulated scores for each game selected for each month from July 15 to August 15, 2010. Top 10 gamers with the highest scores will be displayed in the box at the bottom of the game page on the website www.yoohoofriends.com. These gamers and the corresponding ID and member information will be reviewed by Aurora World, Inc. to determine the finalists and prize winners. In the event of a tie, additional tie-breaker judges will be appointed to determine the winners. All scores accumulated before July 15th will be erased to anticipate a fair contest in which every participant starts with zero score. However, the greens in your account will remain the same. By entering, participant and parent or legal guardian of participant represent that the game is played by one member per one user ID only. Prize winners will be selected from all finalist entries during the third week of August, September and October, and potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail. If e-mailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, prize winner may be disqualified and the finalist with the next highest score will be selected as the alternate winner.

Top 10 gamers with the highest scores will win the following prizes. First prize is a 24” YooHoo & Friend plush. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each first prize: $150. Second prize is a 10 piece selection of 5” YooHoo & Friends plush. ARV of each second prize: $100. Third prize is a 5 piece selection of 5” YooHoo & Friends plush. ARV of each third prize: $50. Fourth prize is a 4 piece selection of 5” YooHoo & Friends plush. ARV of each fourth prize: $40. Fifth prize is a 3 piece selection of 5” YooHoo & Friends plush. ARV of each fifth prize: $30. The gamers from the top 6th to the 10th will each win a 5 piece selection of 3” YooHoo & Friends plush key chains. ARV of each prize: $25. Total ARV of all prizes is approximately $500 for each month. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. Limit one prize per person. All prizes will be awarded, provided that a sufficient number of entries are received. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prizes after prize notification. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
