How to enter the contest

Any YooHoo & Friends fan with a YooHoo & Friends plush animal can enter the contest. Follow the steps below and win a special YooHoo & Friends collection!

"Your photo must include a hand-made sign, which clearly reads, "Who's YOUR favorite YooHoo & Friends?"
"Hold YOUR favorite YooHoo & Friends plush animal (and say cheese! or something cute/funny)"
E-mail your photo to info@yoohoofriends.com! All photo submissions will be posted to the official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/yoohoofanpage.

Official Rules

Judging finalists and prize winners will be based on 1) creativity, 2) quality, 3) neatness of creation. Any item from YooHoo & Friends collection may be used for display. The contest will run from until April 30, 2013. Top 10 winners with the best creation will be announced on the website (www.yoohoofriends.com) and the official fan page at Facebook (www.facebook.com/yoohoofanpage).
Prize winners will be selected from all finalist entries during the first week of May 2013, and potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail. The winners’ information will be collected and reviewed by Aurora World, Inc. In the event of a tie, additional tie-breaker judges will be appointed to determine the winners. If e-mailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, prize winner may be disqualified and the finalist with the next biggest score will be selected as the alternate winner. By uploading a Submission, entrant agrees to and does irrevocably transfer, convey and assign to Sponsor all rights in and to the Submission, including without limitation use in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity.

Prizes

Top 10 winners with the most creative and entertaining picture & message will each win a collection of YooHoo & Friends equal to retail value of $100.
Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. Limit one prize per person. All prizes will be awarded, provided that a sufficient number of entries are received. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prizes after prize notification. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
